No Supported Web Cam Driver Detected Why Can't I Install My Web Cam On My Laptop.?

Why can't i install my web cam on my laptop.? - no supported web cam driver detected

So I have to install a Dell Inspiron 1525 and tried my webcam with built-in CD player, about 7 times and let me just with my webcam on MSN, but when I try to take a photo with him, said cam site "support not recognized"
I have also tried to get a line driver and it did not. What is so bad?
