My friend is retired next year. He wants to go home to his hometown, where he grew up. Outside of their retirement income in the United States wants to have an additional revenue stream (ie, a nurse here in the U.S.) has been waiting for something to you. Suggestions?

Bangus dealer in your area would be easy .. even better if you develop new products to sell spread (Bangus Bangus perhaps?) in Metro Manila or other provinces.
You can also use the demographic composition of the local area or simply call and visit to the area you want to promote your business. Do you have a sense of what is needed in your area ... and the game with the skills and resources they have. You can also try rural banks for financing. There is a bank in the Gulf region in your area.
But if you do not want to reinvent the wheel ... Cyber Cafe usual, small restaurants, lounges, etc. .. ..

Depending on the location .. I suggest you try a computer cafe near the school zone or public places, I promise you no regrets. Start with 10 points and if the company does very well with the use, and a little more.
